Aria and the management team has been nothing but stellar! At my previous rental i had been there for 10 years and there were noisy neighbors and the grounds were trashed. Aria has been a total upgrade in every way from where we used to be. I rented out the clubhouse for a baby shower, and Jace and Kylee were amazing to work with. The communication from the team is clear and concise. They have great amenities, and the apartments are lovely and spacious and clean. I think my favorite feature of being in the community is the valet trash service and the friendliness of my neighbors, the community activities are also a lot of fun! Kami and the other leasing agents are total rockstars!! They are wonderful to talk to and answer your questions in a timely and accurate manner. They are so fun to talk with! Also, Falcon, the maintenance guy....he is so responsive and friendly!! He is so good at what he does and gives the best customer service. Everyone has been such a pleasure to interact with!! They truly want you to feel like this is your home and community.

Wonderful Community but Be Prepared for Extra Fees We've had a wonderful experience living in this community! The onsite management and maintenance teams are absolutely fantastic—always responsive and attentive. The community itself is vibrant and welcoming, making it a lovely place to call home. However, it's important to be aware of the additional fees that come with living here, which is a reflection of the management company, AMC, not the onsite staff. Since AMC took over from Greystar, we've seen a noticeable increase in monthly fees. While these charges are not reflective of the onsite staff, they do impact overall living costs. Overall, the community and onsite staff are wonderful! However potential tenants should budget for the various fees associated with AMC's management practices. Thank you!

Aria Townhomes and Apartments is an amazing place to live! My wife and I moved in March 2024 and we left May 2025. Jace the Assistant manager there is amazing! He is willing to help when he can to make living there a pleasant experience. He is kind, patient and always willing to help. He really strives to give his tenants their best experience he can. The girls that are upfront and answer me the phones are always so kind and helpful as well. There will always be a sweet place in my heart for these apartments lots of good and life memories here! Thank you again to all the staff and maintenance workers at this place!

I am the oldest lady here and in a wheelchair I am treated so nice. The party today was fun and very peaceful. The only thing I wish were different would be automatic doors so hard to get in the building in a big wheelchair. I have been helped with so many things . Jace makes me feel at home. And so so helpful and guided through everything electrical. So happy he didn’t leave.

I have recently moved here and am very satisfied with the Aria Apartments. The maintenance team has been consistently prompt and efficient, and I appreciate the amenities offered, such as the pool and gym facilities. While there is not currently a designated dog park on the property, there are multiple grassy areas available for use. I am highly impressed with the spacious layout of the apartments, which provide a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The walls are not super thin, allowing for a more peaceful and private environment without excessive noise from neighboring units.

The Aria apartments have been great! We have been the first tenants in the newly built building and all of the appliances are nice. It is unfortunate that we are not able to use our own washer and dryer but the ones provided get the job done. There were some issues when we first moved in and some communication problems with the office but once we were all on the same page the resolutions were quick and speedy. The gym area is amazing and the pool is quite nice. The management and apartment in general are way nicer than the place we came from and we got an extra room plus all of the amenities for roughly what we were spending at our last location.

Aria Apartments have been nothing short of amazing. They are a newly built apartment complex and townhomes. I can't speak for the townhomes but my apartment has been everything I've wanted it to be. When we first moved in there were a few issues with our apartment and they were able to get them fixed in a timely manner. I've enjoyed the amenities which include a heated pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, and a very nice gym area. They have exceeded my expectations.

I moved into my apartment in January and have loved it! There is so much space for just my one bedroom (my favorite is the huge closet) Anytime I have a question or concern the staff is so quick to help and very kind when doing so. The heated pool year round is such a plus, with a great gym and area by the front office to hangout in. The reason for my five stars is definitely because of how amazing the staff is, they are always positive and making sure things are run the way they should be. I’ve had nothing but good things to say when recommending this apartment!

Everyone in the office has been lovely to work with and made the move in nice and easy. they were able to answer all my questions and are always ready to help. my stay so far has been great. plan to saty here for a long time to come or until they get sick of me bringing baked goodies at the office lol. honestly as far as value goes I believe we are getting our money's worth. I specially like having the ability to get my amazon packages delivered to the mail room and put into the lockers. or being able to open the door for guests while picking up stuff from the store. the smart home feature is pretty nice. location is great everything is withing walking distance. don't take my word for it come in and check it out.

This is hands down the best place to be. The office staff is fantastic and the maintenance team replies quickly. At the time of my move in they had a move in special 2 months free and a $500 gift card. I was moving from South Carolina I had yet to see the place i put the deposit down and she showed use the apartment and it was so nice to have 7 windows. All the activities they have are very much enjoyable. I have been here about 5 months and have had zero issues with the apartment and staff. Come down and check it out.

We love our new beautiful and modern townhouse, and the entire management staff at Aria made the move in process so exciting and easy!
